Founding Vendor Terms
Effective date: August 25, 2026 · Document key: founding_vendor_terms · Version: approved-2026-08-25-v1 · Operator: M2 AI, LLC, a Texas limited liability company · Brand: The Vendor Lineup · Website: https://www.vendorlineup.com
1. Eligibility and enrollment
These Founding Vendor Terms supplement the Vendor Agreement and Fee and Payout Disclosure and control for this program if there is a conflict. To be considered for the limited Founding Vendor program, you must publish your first live Vendor listing on or before September 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM Central Time. Enrollment is automatic when that first publication occurs. There can be at most three Founding Vendors for each service in each mapped area, in the order Vendors first publish. Your area is determined from the business ZIP code in your Vendor account. A ZIP outside a mapped launch area does not qualify for enrollment. If the applicable service-and-area limit has already been reached, your listing may still publish as a regular Vendor listing without Founding Vendor enrollment.
2. Founding Vendor benefits
If you are enrolled, the following benefits apply while your account is open and in good standing:
- Your storefront displays the Founding Vendor badge.
- The Vendor booking-fee percentages in effect on your first publication date apply for 12 months from that date, even if the standard Vendor rates later change. This rate lock does not waive Stripe card-processing fees.
- Your enrollment record establishes eligibility for six months of Pro at no monthly charge. Activation begins only when Pro is generally available with its advertised launch entitlements operating.
- You may use the launch feedback channel to report onboarding friction, ask for clarification, and provide product feedback.
3. Limits and revocation
Founding status does not promise ranking, territory, exclusivity, leads, or bookings. It does not waive Stripe's card-processing fees. Founding status ends when your account closes or when your account is terminated for cause under the Vendor Agreement. Pro availability and any required launch mechanics remain separate from this record of eligibility.
