Which plan includes booking, payments, and request review?
Starter and Pro include online booking and payments, including Request to Book and Custom Quotes so you can review before confirming. Listing includes a public profile and in-platform messages, but no booking or payments.
What does each plan cost?
Listing is $10/month or $100/year. Starter is free, with no base subscription or required card. Pro is $25/month or $250/year. Starter and Pro limits remain 2 or 5 services, 10 or 25 photos, and 1 or 3 included marketing links.
How does the booking share work?
For every $500 platform-paid booking, Starter's 5% share is $25 and Pro's 2.5% share is $12.50. Customers pay no Vendor Lineup booking fee. Stripe processing is a separate vendor cost.
Does free Starter require a card?
No. Starter has no base subscription and does not require a card. A card is needed only when you choose to pay for another service, such as an optional extra link.
What stays when I upgrade from Listing?
Your account, storefront URL, profile information, and Owner stay in place. Booking and payment tools depend on payment readiness.
How do downgrades and unpublishing work?
Monthly Starter and Pro changes follow the 30-day notice rule. Annual changes take effect at the paid term end. Paid content is hidden and saved when you move to Listing, and eligible content returns if you upgrade. Open bookings remain accessible and finishable.
What are marketing links and QR codes?
Starter includes one trackable marketing link and QR code; Pro includes three. Share the link online or use its QR code in print and in person.
What if my service is not listed?
As a vendor, request the service you offer and the area you serve. Vendor Lineup will review your request and reply with next steps.
