About cotton candy
What to expect
A cotton candy machine spinning candy floss to order, usually in classic colors or a flavor/color selection, served on cones or in bags.
Typical setup
A compact cart or table-top spinner with a small footprint, often under 6x6 feet, needing standard power. Some vendors bring their own tent or umbrella for weather.
Booking considerations
Ask about flavor and color options, whether the machine runs continuously or in batches for large groups, and confirm the vendor's rain/humidity plan since cotton candy is weather-sensitive.
Frequently asked questions
Does weather affect cotton candy service?
Yes — humidity and rain can affect how cotton candy spins and holds. Ask your vendor about their weather plan for outdoor events.
How many guests can one cotton candy cart serve?
Capacity depends on the machine and event length; discuss your expected guest count with the vendor when booking.
