The Vendor Lineup

For event vendors

Where to advertise your photography business

For a Texas photography business, a listing works best when people can see your event style, package time, delivery expectations, and the next step for checking a date.

Useful places to start

Make it easy to understand your offer.

A focused portfolio link

Share a link that shows a small, current selection of the events you want to photograph and explains the package beside the work.

Google Business Profile, if eligible

If your business is eligible, keep your service area, contact details, and permitted portfolio images current for local discovery.

Venue and planner relationships

Give partners a short description of your event types, coverage area, and a link they can pass along when a client asks.

Visual social and community groups

Use Instagram or Pinterest for permitted portfolio work, and participate in local groups where event-business posts are allowed.

Listing checklist

Before you share your listing

  • Use recent work that represents your event style.
  • Show coverage time and what the package includes.
  • Explain how delivery timing is handled without promising a turnaround you cannot meet.
  • Set travel area and event-day requirements.
  • Ask for date, location, and event timing before confirmation.

Clear package example

Illustrative package example

An event-coverage package should make scope clear before the customer asks for a quote. It is an example, not a suggested price.

  • Up to two hours of event coverage
  • One photographer and agreed event location
  • A stated delivery process and next-step contact
  • Extra time discussed and priced before agreement

Common questions

Answers for event photographers

What photos should I show first?

Show work that matches the events you want more of. Keep captions simple and do not use an event image unless you have permission to publish it.

How specific should photography packages be?

State coverage time, the event type, and what happens after the event. Save custom requests for a clear follow-up instead of hiding limits.

A clear next step

Put your packages and booking rules in one place.

Listing is $10/month or $100/year. Starter is free, with no base subscription or required card. Pro is $25/month or $250/year. On each $500 platform-paid booking, the vendor share is $25 on Starter or $12.50 on Pro. Customers pay no platform booking fee; Stripe processing is a separate vendor cost. Starter and Pro include the Business Field Guide; Pro includes three trackable marketing links and QR codes.
